I am a Learning and Development professional with a strong blend of corporate and academic experience of over 25 years. My corporate experience includes working in organizations like ASEA, Karnataka State Finance Corporation, Reuters, Thomson Reuters International and others at leadership and strategic level. I was the Lead Financial Trainer at Thomson Reuters and the Global Learning and Development Manager of their Commodities and Energy Vertical. During my academic career, I held positions of Dean, Academic Director, and Director in educational institutions. I am passionate about Start-ups and entrepreneurship – I was the head of a Business Incubator as a Director and I currently advise start-ups in different stages of their progress. I have been associated as a Corporate Trainer with many institutions and organisations and I specialize in Faculty Training and Development Programs, along with Executive Development Programs. My core competencies are Training, Consulting, Instructional Design, Virtual Team Management and Learning. My core areas of training include Leadership, Change Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Learning & Development, Financial Markets and Talent Management. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring. Besides these, my other areas of interest include Competency Development, Consultancy, Coaching and Mentoring. Currently I am an independent trainer and consultant to businesses and B-schools in multiple areas of learning, institutional and business development. An avid reader and foodie, I love to travel, explore and experience.
